I can accept your niggling, RAM. And I did notice, "The court documents did not say that Bush or Cheney authorized Libby to disclose Plame's identity." IF the President DID push that plunger, it may not be a leak, but it is a crime.
No, it is not a crime, see my above post. In fact, the special counsel is NOT EVEN INVESTIGATING the leak issue anymore and neither is Libby indicted on the leak issue, but indicted for lying to the FBI and grand jury. RAM
What I was saying, counselor, related to Plame's identity. I realize the release of her name is not at issue -- now. But whoever released it violated 50 U.S.C. 421.
