Miered In Sycophancy

Although Harriet Miers' opinions regarding the limitations that should be placed upon the commerce clause are unknown, her opinions of one George W. Bush are becoming more and more apparent.

She thinks he's "cool."

Back in Texas she thought he was the "greatest governor ever. "

She thinks George and Laura are "the greatest!"

I'm starting to wonder if this is really a parody.

High, I like your blog. It's really nifty and nice. I found a related one...

Seems like the comments section's been taken over by spammers, just wanted to fit in.

Want a good read from Friday:

Personally, I think Lefties should just shut up and support Harriet. She's Souter-lite and has a track record of supporting Dems (Gore of all people). If he had moore political capital, Bush could've easily cloned this guy:

Be thankful he didn't.

"... just shut up and support Harriet." Ah, this is the underpinning of a vibrant and active democracy. Shut up. When there are legitimate questions about the qualifications for a life-time appointment to the highest Court in the land -- shut up. When it appears that Bush may have out-bushed even himself in cronyism -- shut up. Maybe we should rewrite Bob Marley:

Sit down, shut up -- we are from the right
Sit down, shut up -- don't put up a fight
