TWO GOOD LEGS

Thursday, October 13, 2005

"I wish I could be there to see you face to face and thank you personally. Probably a little early for me to go to Tikrit. Perhaps one of these days the situation will be such that I'll be able to get back to Iraq."

Next week, Bush paints his face blue and white and runs back and forth in front of the video screen hollering the pre-battle speech from Braveheart, before retiring to his office to eat pretzels and cuddle with his dog Barney.

"nothing you idiots, he's locked up in my basement!"

Where do you get your news from? The conversation wasn't completely scripted. The footage you claim as evidence is merely a test run to make sure everything is working. It happens all the time with interviews. Any pre-questioning of the troops was very broad in nature and in no way was it scripted. This is a common interview tactic. Heck, most politicians won't go on a public forum unless the questions and/or topics are pre-submitted. You are just grasping at straws and trying to stir up any little controversy.
