Thanks for stepping up, T'OD. I understand Mr. Noe's investment made money. He invested $87,000 into Republican campaigns and he and his partners received $50 million in state funds to mess around with, from which they personally gained $3.3 million in profit.
And we at 2GL will assume that the lack of commentary from JP means the folks over there are unwilling to bend so far as T'OD to defend the GOP antics.
From the wise words of Terrell Owens, "If it smells like a rat, if it looks like a rat, it must be a rat". Call me naive, but I just wish every now and again, we could just speak in truth. Something like, "Yeah, this cat contributed a ton of money to the GOP, just like many contribute to the Dems. After X got elected, we hooked him up with some investments for rare coins. Thats the way it works, quid pro quo and now someone snatched a few of the coins. But, we actually made money on these investments, but the coins that were stolen, end up putting us in the red for this deal." "Now get off my back, I need to go hide more cash." The fact is, corruption is everywhere in the American political process and every individual involved in criminal activity should be prosecuted and executed for treason. Problem is, the line between criminality and legality is so damned blurred, deliberately if I may add, that these crooks get away with it. Too bad there isn't a god either, so we could at least have a judgment day for these yahoos that are destroying our once great country. So don't defend this disgusting system, work to make tear the fingerprints of capitalism off of it. But again, I am a naive SOB!

Corruption....not in Ohio's GOP party, but of another person that read this liberal blog (see above comment).
