I think I might just pack a lighter in my survival kit.
I am guessing that if this candy bar and pop can trick didn't work, that Bush would be blamed for it. Am I right?

No, Clinton would be blamed. He's the one who believed in global warming and worked to reduce greenhouse gases. Bush's policies would help this experiment.
